Efficient, Expert Process
Resizing typically takes about a week. Most custom rings are ready in approximately four weeks — without rushing or cutting corners.

Yes — every ring comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty and complimentary lifetime maintenance. This includes professional cleaning, polishing, and prong checks to keep your ring looking and feeling its best.

You can order a 3D-printed resin sample of your ring to try on at home. Each sample is made in your finger size and with your preferred centre stone size, so you can see how it looks and feels before we craft it in precious metals.
The resin sample is yours to keep—and if you go ahead with your final ring, we’ll deduct the sample cost from your total. It’s a low-pressure way to explore your design and make sure you love it.
Absolutely. Since we create each ring from scratch, we can tailor the design to fit your vision — whether that’s changing the band, the setting style, the diamond shape, or something completely unique. Just send us your ideas and we’ll chat through the options.
The most accurate way is to have your finger measured by a professional jeweler. If you prefer to do it at home, you can order an affordable ring sizer from Amazon and measure at your convenience.
And if the size isn’t perfect on the first try, don’t worry — we offer complimentary resizing to ensure your ring fits just right.
Absolutely. We love working one-on-one to design meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces. Just send us your ideas (photos, sketches, details — anything helps) using email or our custom design form.
We’ll get back to you with pricing options and a clear outline of the design and crafting process.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, AGI Design retains the creative rights to all designs and molds. If you desire a strictly exclusive design that will never be reproduced, we are happy to arrange this for an additional exclusivity fee. Please let us know before production begins.
Absolutely. Since we make each ring to order, we can adjust the design to suit the diamond shape you prefer. Simply note your chosen shape when you place your order. You’ll receive a 3D rendering to review and approve before we start production.
Your ring will arrive in a beautiful presentation box, ready to gift or propose with, along with a travel pouch and a cleaning cloth for care.
Every engagement ring also comes with a professional appraisal certificate, which includes a photo, a detailed description, and the retail replacement value for insurance.
If your ring features a lab-grown center diamond, it will also come with its official lab grading certificate.
We don’t have a traditional retail storefront — we work from our studio. This helps us keep overhead low and pass the savings on to you, while still offering high-quality craftsmanship.

Shipping - Returns - Financing
Most of our rings are made to order and typically ship within 14–21 business days after payment is processed.
If anything affects this timeline, we’ll reach out right away to keep you updated.
If you need your ring sooner, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush order.
Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 2–3 business days.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At AGI Design, every ring is crafted to order with care, so your piece is made just for you. Because of this, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If you prefer, you may return your item for store credit for the full amount instead — no restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
Most made-to-order engagement rings and wedding bands can be returned within 14 days (restocking fee applies unless store credit is chosen).
Ready-to-ship pieces:
Final sale. These can only be returned for store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Earrings
Eternity bands (full-around designs)
Custom orders or personalized jewelry
Items that have been previously exchanged, resized, or modified
Ready-to-ship pieces (refund not available — store credit only)
These pieces may only be returned for repair if a manufacturing defect is found.
Resizing
If your engagement ring or wedding band doesn’t fit — no stress.
We offer free resizing and are happy to help.

How to Request a Return
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking).
To begin:
Email info@agidesign.ca with your order number.
We’ll send you return instructions.
Once approved, please ship your item back within 5 days of receiving instructions.
Conditions for Returned Items
Returned pieces must be:
Unworn and in original condition
Sent back in original packaging
Shipped fully insured with tracking and signature
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable.
AGI Design is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are fully refundable.
After 24 hours, cancellations follow the standard return policy described above.

We ship all rings using reputable carriers such as FedEx or UPS, and every package includes tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation for safe delivery.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes — you have flexible payment options. You can finance your purchase through Affirm at 0% (subject to approval), or set up a personal payment plan directly with us.
Our in-house plan is done through a PayPal invoice, where you can make partial payments at your own pace — you choose the amount and timing.

Absolutely. Many of our rings are bought for proposals, so we ship in discreet packaging with no branding that reveals what’s inside.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number — you can also request the carrier to hold the package for pickup instead of delivering it to your home, which is helpful if you live with your partner.

Lab-Created Diamond FAQs
Lab-created diamonds are real diamonds grown in modern labs using heat and pressure — the same way diamonds form in the earth, just in a controlled environment. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds. They’re not simulants or replicas — they have the same sparkle, durability, and structure as mined diamonds. Even professional gemologists use specialized tools to tell them apart.
Absolutely. Lab diamonds are the same hardness and strength as mined diamonds (a 10 on the Mohs scale). They’re made to be worn every day and last for generations.
