We proudly stand behind every piece we create

Lifetime Warranty & Care

Your ring is made to last a lifetime, and so is our promise to you — quality, care, and craftsmanship you can trust forever.

Every piece of jewelry from AGI Design is handcrafted in our Toronto studio with care, precision, and integrity.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all engagement rings, wedding bands, and fashion rings.

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects against any manufacturing defects that may affect the structure or craftsmanship of your piece, including:

  • Porosity or blemishes in the metal

  • Uneven settings identified at pickup or during inspection

  • Rhodium plating stains or marks noticed at pickup or during service

This coverage also applies to lab-grown diamonds and moissanite for any characteristic changes from those confirmed at the time of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss

  • Loss of center diamonds or gemstones larger than 0.25ct

  • Theft or loss of the entire jewelry piece

  • Chips, scratches, or cracks caused by impact

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, pools, or hot tubs

  • Prongs bent or worn down through everyday wear

We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry for full protection through a trusted insurance company specializing in jewelry coverage.

Warranty Conditions

Work performed by anyone outside of AGI Design will void the warranty.

Complimentary Services

To help you care for your jewelry, we offer:

  • Lifetime inspection and maintenance, including cleaning, prong tightening, replacing missing small diamonds, and other minor repairs

  • Rhodium plating for white gold rings every 24 months at no charge

  • One complimentary ring sizing within the first year of purchase
If additional labor or a full remake is required for sizing beyond standard adjustments, additional fees may apply.
Major repairs available at wholesale cost

To keep your jewelry in its best shape, we recommend removing your rings during gym activities, gardening, or any hands-on work.

Our goal is simple — to make sure your ring stays as beautiful as the day it was created.
