This website is operated by AGI Design LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AGI Design. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Design Ownership & Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, AGI Design retains full creative rights to all custom designs, CAD models, and molds created during our process. We reserve the right to use these designs for future projects or promotional materials. If you require a strictly exclusive design that will never be reproduced, please contact us prior to production to arrange this for an additional exclusivity fee.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will reflect actual colors. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any product. All descriptions and prices may change without notice. Any product or service offer is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel orders placed under the same customer account, billing address, or credit card. In the event of a change or cancellation, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
