Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP:

Shipping is available for the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries at this time. If you are an international customer located in any other country and interested in placing an order please email us at info@agidesign.ca and indicate the item(s) you are interested in purchasing as well as your location.  We will contact you to let you know whether or not we can ship to your area and include a shipping quote.

Please note that we will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

SHIPPING RATES:

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States. There is a shipping charges for UK, Australia, and most European countries.

The free ship option is still a traceable package for which you will be issued a tracking code once your package is prepared. 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

Most shipments will require an adult signature on delivery.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED:

Most of my items are made to order and will ship within 14-20 business days after the payment has been processed.
If there are any delays, I will contact you immediately.
If you have a rush order, contact me and I will do my best to meet your timeline.

In-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The delivery times shown during checkout are estimates only. Please be aware that we cannot offer any guarantees on delivery times due to the chance of unforeseeable events and/or rare but possible delays at border services/customs for international packages.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Shipping rates charged do not reflect possible customs fees/duties/taxes/VAT which may be incurred by international customers. Furthermore, some international customers may find their package held by customs until said fees/duties/taxes are fully paid for by the recipient. For information on customs fees/duties/taxes/VAT please contact your local customs office.

NON-DELIVERABLE OR REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS/VAT

If a package is returned to us because it is not deliverable for any reason (ie: incomplete or incorrect address entered during checkout) or because the recipient refused to accept it for any reason or failed to pay duties/taxes/VAT and/or any other customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country, a 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount along with all of the shipping charges incurred by us.
