Refund & Exchange Policy

At AGI Design, every ring is crafted to order with care, so your piece is made just for you. Because of this, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. If you prefer, you may return your item for store credit for the full amount instead — no restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

Most made-to-order engagement rings and wedding bands can be returned within 14 days (restocking fee applies unless store credit is chosen).

Ready-to-ship pieces: Final sale. These can only be returned for store credit.

Loose Diamonds: You can return loose diamond for a full refund within 5 days of receiving them. If you return multiple stones, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You're responsible for the return shipping costs. You must ship the package with tracking and require a signature. The stone has to be returned with all its original documentation and certificates.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Earrings

  • Eternity bands (full-around designs)

  • Custom orders or personalized jewelry

  • Items that have been previously exchanged, resized, or modified

  • Ready-to-ship pieces (refund not available — store credit only)

These pieces may only be returned for repair if a manufacturing defect is found.

Resizing

If your engagement ring or wedding band doesn’t fit — no stress.
We offer free resizing and are happy to help.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking).
To begin:

  1. Email info@agidesign.ca with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once approved, please ship your item back within 5 days of receiving instructions.

Conditions for Returned Items

Returned pieces must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Sent back in original packaging

  • Shipped fully insured with tracking and signature

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable.
AGI Design is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours are fully refundable.
After 24 hours, cancellations follow the standard return policy described above.
