Why Choose Custom Jewelry Design?
- You want a specific style or symbolic design element that you won’t find in a mass-produced piece.
- You want to express your creativity and have a custom ring that reflects you.
- You like a designer style, but you don’t want to pay for the designer name.
Creating a truly custom design is a step-by-step creative partnership between you and the designer.
Because it’s a team effort, with you giving us feedback and approval at each step, the process ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Here’s how the Custom Design Process Works:

Step 1
Design
Each custom piece starts with a design idea. Whether it's a simple sketch on paper, an image of a design, or a concept in your mind, we can make it happen. You can combine a few designs together or use a design seen elsewhere and modify it to create your unique jewelry. Bring or email your drawings or images, and we will work together to create a custom engagement band and ring design that is exclusively for you. When gemstones and metal quality are determined, we will be able to provide you with an estimate for the finished product. In most cases, we can work within your budget by manipulating the grade of material.
Step 2
CAD
After the down payment is received, we will use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology to create images to show details of your custom jewellery, so you can visualize what the end results will be. During this step, you can still make changes or modifications to your design. Having the 3D model allows us to visually confirm any changes made at this point.

Step 3
Wax
Once you have approved the CAD, we can create an in-house wax model of your custom ring using one of our advanced 3D printers, so you can actually see, touch, and try on a prototype version of your item before it is fabricated. This prototype is full-scale and will show you the exact details and dimensions of your project.
Step 4
Production
Once the wax process is complete, the new metal jewelry casting is put through several final steps, such as assembling, setting of stones, polishing, or hand engraving. Each piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure our customers receive the best quality achievable.
